You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. To register a return, please use our returns portal.

Important Notes:

Personalized products are excluded from return as they are custom-made according to your wishes. Please check your details carefully before completing the order, as subsequent changes are unfortunately not possible. Exceptions are production errors or damages - in this case, please contact us immediately with photos so that we can find a solution together.

 

How to return an item

• Register your return via the link.
• Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours on weekdays.
• After approval, you will receive your return label by email
• Once the return has arrived, you will receive a confirmation email and we will initiate the refund of the purchase price minus the return fees via the payment method originally chosen. 
• The processing time after receipt of your return is usually 1-5 working days.

Return Fees

 The cost for return shipping is €5.95 and will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

 

Undeliverable Shipments & Package Stops

If your package is returned to us due to an address error (e.g., missing house number, incorrect name), non-collection, or a package stop initiated by you, we will gladly offer to resend it.
